Alas, we have found a new way to enjoy Utah. With the 3 oldest able to ride their own, we have been on some pretty exciting adventures lately. The Utah State Parks rent out cabins for only $60 a night. And since, I'm not much of a camper, it has been a great way for our family to explore Utah. So far, we've been to Yuba State Park, Remote Areas of Levan, Goblin Valley, and we are hitting the Palisades and Sand Dunes next month.
